Hotel Policies

Please note that we are a non-smoking Inn. In addition, we cannot accommodate children under the age of 13 years old. Though we love pets, we are unable to accommodate them as well.  We are unable to accommodate non-registered guests on the property except for those meeting you before you head out to dinner, etc. At no time are non-registered guest permitted in guest rooms.

Room Rates: Room rates are based on 2 occupants per room. There is an additional cost of $25 per day for additional guests in rooms that accommodate more than 2 people. 

Cancellation Policy:Once you make a reservation, your credit card will be charged for the first night's stay. If you need to cancel, you will receive a full refund up to 15 days prior to your stay. Should you find it necessary to cancel 14 days or less, your deposit of the first night's stay will be non-refundable. Groups that reserve three or more rooms must cancel at least 28 days prior to your stay to receive a refund. If you reserve your room within 3-14 days of your stay, you will have 24 hours to cancel your reservation without penalty. However, if you cancel you stay within 3 days of check-in, you will forfeit the cost of your entire stay unless you have a documented emergency.

Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in and check-out times are listed below:
-Check-in: 3 p.m.
-Check-out: 11 a.m.

Discounts: Any discount codes or association membership discounts must be requested BEFORE you check-in.  Once the check-in process has occurred, we will not be able to adjust your folio.

Rooms: We reserve the right to accommodate guests in a category of room but not a specific room at all times. We will guarantee that any room assigned to our guests will have the same or better amenities as the category of room reserved. That includes bed size, Jacuzzi tubs, fireplaces, etc.    The exception to this policy is for our Diamond Suites. If you reserve a specific Diamond Suite,  a different room will not be assigned. For guests only able to stay one night with us, we cannot guarantee a specific room, only a specific category of room. 

Non-Registered Guests: We are unable to accommodate non-registered guests in any of our guest rooms. If you have non-registered meeting you at the Inn, they must check-in at the front desk and wait for your in the Main Inn's living room. We have this policy in place to protect the privacy of our registered guests.

Payment: We accept all major credit cards for payment. We accept most Gift Cards, however, we are unable to accommodate the acceptance of a Gift Card as payment for any discounted rate or promotion.   This includes but is not limited to card from: BnBFinder.com, Bed and Breakfast.com, Select Registry, etc.

Piano: For the comfort of all guests, we do ask that you not play the piano after 10 p.m.  

Gatlinburg Goes Green: As part of the Gatlinburg Goes Green initiative, we try to recycle as much as we can. We have installed energy efficient light bulbs where we can, and our suites that have a propane fireplace will be turned-off after May 18th until October 1st each year. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Gift Cards: We accept all Bed & Breakfast giftcards toward payment of your rooms, however, we can not accept gift cards used toward special offers, special deals, discounted rates or one night stays.
